THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND Stock Boston ("Stock Boston", "WE" OR "OUR"). NO RIGHTS: This web site does not offer publication, electronic or other rights. The right to use any of these photographs in any way is tendered only by our invoice and is granted only by payment in full of that invoice.BR>
NO RELEASES: No model releases, property releases or other releases exist on any photograph unless the existence is specified in writing by Stock, Boston, LLC. on our invoice. User shall indemnify Stock, Boston, LLC. and the photographer against all claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of the use of any photograph where the existence of a release has not been so specified by us or the use of the photograph exceeds the rights granted by the release provided by us. In any event, the limit of Stock, Boston, LLC. shall be the invoice price of such photographs.
CREDIT: In editorial uses credit must be given to both the photographer and Stock, Boston, LLC. either adjacent to the photograph or in a credits section which is referenced in the table of contents. A surcharge of 100% will be made for omission of such editorial credit. In commercial and advertising usage credit is requested. BR>
COPYRIGHT: Copyright protection must be provided for photographs used. Such copyright shall be immediately assigned to Stock, Boston, LLC on request, without charge. BR>
CAPTIONS: Captions on the photographs should not be relied upon without independent verification. BR>
SAMPLES: In the event that any photographs are reproduced in publications, user must provide Stock, Boston, LLC with two free copies of such publication.
RIGHTS: Our invoice merely offers the publication or other rights listed. The rights are granted only by payment in full of the invoice. We can reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time prior to acceptance of payment. BR>
RELIANCE: The amount of the publication fee is predicated on the exact rights and restrictions detailed on the invoice. Variation from, or expansion of, these rights and restrictions, including, but not limited to, any electronic use, without obtaining additional permissions from Stock, Boston, LLC constitutes an infringement of copyright.BR>
NO REFUNDS: Monies paid us are repaid to photographers soon after receipt. Consequently, we cannot provide refunds or credit once payment is received.
DISPUTES: Any and all controversies in connection with and/or arising out of the terms of delivery herein shall be settled by arbitration in Boston, MA, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgement upon the reward rendered may be entered in the highest court of the Forum, State or Federal, having jurisdiction. This agreement, it's validity and effect shall be interpreted under and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The user or Recipient shall pay all cost of arbitration, plus legal interest on any award.
LEGAL COSTS: If Stock, Boston, LLC. is caused to present claim or suit as a result of any breach of the above terms, it shall be made whole for such reasonable legal fees and disbursements by the Recipient or User herein.

Stock Boston, LLC grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce (including making a copy onto your computer's hard drive) and use the photographic images on this website and any authorized derivatives or copies thereof (collectively the "Images") solely for evaluation purposes, to test or sample the Images, including using the Images in comps, rough or draft layouts, or for demonstration to your clients but only when in good faith, use of the specific image is intended.
