What information should we send you to obtain the correct permissions?

For a textbook, we will need to know the size that the picture is used (1/4 page, 1/2 page, etc.); the placement (in text, opener, cover, etc.); the distribution (North America, World); information about any ancillaries (website, CD, e-book, etc.); which languages the book will appear in; and the total print run (including any ancillaries).  For a permissions check list, click here.  Please provide as much information as applies to your usage.
